· Deposit Fees
o $25 deposit is required to book your appointment. This total will be deducted from your final total at the end of the service.
o (Sisterlocks TM clients require a $50 consultation booking fee and $200 installation booking fee.)
o This deposit can be sent via CashApp, PayPal, or ApplePay.
· Late Cancellations
o I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your set appointment. Failure to notify me in appropriate timing will incur a non-refundable $25 deposit.
· Late arrivals
o Please be sure to arrive on time. Communication is key on both ends. If I am running behind, you will be notified.
o Any late arrivals:
§ more than 15 minutes late (without notice), will be imposed with a $25 fee
§ more than 30 minutes late (with/without notice) the appointment will be canceled, $25 will be owed upon the rescheduled appointment.
· No-Shows
o 1stTime- We all get busy and forget. Your $25 deposit will not be refunded.
o 2ndTime- You must pay full price before booking your appointment.
o After the second time, you will no longer be allowed to book.
· Children
o Yes, you are allowed to bring your kids with you to your appointment. They must sit in the waiting area until the completion of service.
o Any child under the age of 12 that is being serviced must have a parent or guardian present until the completion of service.
· Service Guarantee & Refunds
o Your satisfaction is my highest priority and I stand firmly and confidently behind all of the services that I offer.
o If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please let me know before leaving the Salon.
o If there is something wrong within 24 hours of your visit, please contact me immediately. If it was a mistake on my behalf, there will be no charge to fix it. If the mistake is beyond my control, charges will incur. (Any adjustments needing to be made will be honored within one week of date the service took place on.
o If you simply don’t like the style that YOU chose, and want to request a style change, this will be considered a new style. (New styles require a separate booking date and are charged at full price.)

· Privacy
o Customer information in my files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. I do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.
· Health and Safety
o Service: For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment/service, please alert me immediately.
o Sick: If you are feeling sick in any kind of way, please reschedule!
o Masks: You are required to wear a face mask/covering during the entire time of your service. (Earless Masks can be purchased for $2)
o Covid-19: If you test positive for Covid-19, please only reschedule after giving proof of a negative test. Failure to comply will result in forfeit of services.
· Right to Refuse Policy
o I have the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or can pose a threat to my business.
· Other/General
o The best way to book or schedule an appointment is by text or call at 601-967-6371.
o Appointment reminders will be sent out on a Sunday or Monday the same week of your appointment.
